The second meeting for the formation of the Parish Plan Group was held on 15th October.
The meeting was chaired by Paul Marfell (Chair of Baildon Parish Council) and was attended by those who are willing to put their time and effort into getting a Parish Plan put together.
It was decided that the plan will be under the 6 main headings used by the Big Plan of Bradford Council so that funding streams for the different areas can be best targeted. These are the same braod headings that the Parish Council have identified.
Each person put their name down for one of these areas that in most cases represented their particular interest. This should allow each area to be addressed in a way suited to the topic.
Effectively the Parish Plan Group now exists and has set itself a couple of tasks for its next meeting which will now be chaired by one of the group.
The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 2nd December 2009 at 7:30pm in Baildon Link, Cliffe Avenue.
